Maintain Connection

In this project i wanted to explore some of the relationships between people. All human beings are not independent beings. Humans are social animals. We need to take care of our relationships. Every time i have a conflict with someone in a relationship, i wonder why these conflicts arise. When i have a crush on someone, i think about what attracts me.

There are many different levels of human relationships. On first meeting people are strangers, but after even a slight touch people can have different emotions. When the connection between two people enters another level, people have a more in-depth interaction. Contrary to creating good feelings in a relationship people can also generate negative feelings. The distance between people can grow farther and farther away. The distance and closeness of a relationship is not determined by one person, but by two people choosing one another. To love for the sake of being loved is human, but to love for the sake of loving is more of a challenge. In a relationship between two people, conflict arises when two people choose different levels of connection and intimacy in the relationship and don't feel the same way. A person's feelings will feel unbalanced if they are not reciprocated.

My concept is to explore the nature of connection and distance between people and in doing so create a piece that reflects this dynamic of intimacy and lack of it.

Why I choose this shape?

We all know  triangle is a stable shape. But I think in a relationship between three people is unstable. We usually choose between two people in a relationship. So this is a relationship that will be associated with three people. This is why I chose this shape
